Another Weigh In & My Birthday Weekend!

Hi Frands,

Another week another weigh in another......    .6lbs! 

I'm almost below 200 lbs! I'm super STOKED ABOUT THAT! 

As far as last week went. I didn't exercise as much as I had planned. Monday night/Tuesday morning I had to go to the ER for what they apparently said was an anxiety attack. My heart was racing so bad and I couldn't breathe!!! So that put some strain on the exercising! Then as Friday and my birthday neared I didn't but I did change my eating habits a bit! I'm so glad I LOST THOUGH! 

As far as the birthday... I HAD THE BEST BIRTHDAY! Jeff made it such a wonderful occasion! The cake he made me was AMAZING AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH! He really put a lot of LOVE AND HARD WORK INTO IT AND IT TURNED OUT AMAZING! He also got me 2 great gifts! A personalized cake carrier and my initials for the X-Terra!! My parents and little brother came down and I GOT LOTS OF STUFF FROM THEM! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! We had such a GREAT TIME! I'm so glad I got to experience their 1st time at a Japanese restaurant! It was so much fun and SOO GOOD! I hated to see them leave Saturday but I didn't want mom to have to drive so much on Sunday!! Saturday I had a great time with my SISTER/BFF Ashley, Darley & Charlie and Rachel!! We were disappointed with our Mexican place but we had a good time anyway! I LOVE THEM!! And of course Jeff's parents!! I LOVED MY CARDS AND GIFT CARDS ESPECIALLY THE CAKE CARD!! I LOVE YOU MOM!!

I would like to THANK EVERYONE FOR THE WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY WISHES!! YOU GUYS ARE SO SWEET!! THANK YOU!!!

How Sweet!

So...my husband tried to get 3 people to make a cake for my birthday with no success! He called in plenty of time! So...he has decided to take on this NEW PROJECT! He is going to make the cake himself! 

He has never made a cake from scratch in his life nor has he ever decorated one! I'm not sure what kind of cake he is making! I just know the pans he is using! I do know that it's going to be chocolate and vanilla! Like the bottom sheet cake is chocolate and he's making to "loaf" pans vanilla. 

He did a trial run tonight and it turned out very well. I was very proud of him! The cake tasted good and he iced it and ROLLED FONDANT AND PUT IT ON THE CAKE! It was very cute! 

I can't wait to see the FINISHED PRODUCT ON MY BIRFDAY!! Please enjoy the photos!

Have I Hit A Plateau?

Hello Frands!

Another week has passed! It's MID SEPTEMBER! Wow...

Summer just FLEW right by me! And it's almost FALL! This year has just flown by! Before we know it CHRISTMAS WILL BE HERE!! Goodness!! I'm actually glad it's going by fast! I hope it continues to do this so the next time I blink I WILL HAVE GRADUATED NURSING SCHOOL!!! Ba ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

So another week means another weigh in! Yes I went to weigh this morning and I did lose...but I lost .6lbs losing is ALWAYS good I know, but I'm starting to think maybe I'm hitting a plateau! So I've lost 69.6 lbs without really working out! Now it's time to pull out the big guns! Even though I've been doing TONS of crunches I do believe I am building my stomach muscles up which muscle weighs more...so maybe that's it.... but I have to pull out the big guns and START GOING TO THE GYM! I'm glad I was able to lose what I have without working out....but it's time to REALLY REALLY WORK EXTRA HARD! :) 

Well that is going to do it for this blog! I know short and sweet! But I have SOOOOOOO many things to do today! Until next week... I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A FANTABULOUS WEEKEND!

Another Week!

Hello Frands!!!

Sorry for not posting last week...I just got busy and forgot! LOL

I have been SUPER busy with school. I had a paper I had to write and also other assignments I had to do as well!! So needless to say last weekend was BUSY! Jeff had to work on Monday so it was a "normal" weekend for us. We had a good time though! My DAWGS won their FIRST GAME against Louisiana-Lafayette 55-7! That was AH-MAZING! Let's hope they KEEP IT UP THIS WEEKEND!! 

Onto the news you guys wait so patiently for every week! ;)

Did I weigh in today? Yes! How much you ask?

I lost another 1.4lbs!

For a grand total of 69 LBS!! Almost 70 lbs!!! 

I am so THANKFUL for WEIGHT WATCHERS! Before I started I was so skeptical of EVERYTHING including WEIGHT WATCHERS! I had tried everything and FAILED! So when I started Weight Watchers and I started seeing wonderful results I was so amazed!! The thing about Weight Watchers is....is it's not just another DIET! It's a lifestyle change! Unless you have it in your head that you are going to change your habits NOTHING will work! Weight Watchers has been AMAZING and I PRAISE IT EVERY DAY!!!

My birthday is in 2 weeks from today and I'm SUPER STOKED! I always get excited for my birthday! Another year older....I LOVE IT! Our cruise is 1 week and 3 days after it!!! WE ARE READY!!! WE'VE BEEN READY!!! Ha ha ha ha ha!! Key West & Cozumel HERE WE COME! 

Well...that's about all for now...Miss Abby needs to go out to potty!! I hope everyone has a FABULOUS weekend!!
