IT'S FRIDAY!!!
And...I promised I would blog today about the poundage!
So here it goes...I LOST .8 LBS!
I am MAJORLY excited about that because when I weighed this weekend I had gained 5 lbs! Yeah in 2 weeks... so I guess that would average out to 2.5 lbs for last week and the week before! So I was DETERMINED TO LOSE AT LEAST THOSE 5 LBS! AND I DID! For a total of 70.8 lbs all together! Yeah it's getting harder and harder!
I have seriously been STRICT on myself this week! I WALKED/JOGGED 2.4 miles on Monday and 2.8 miles on Wednesday! Not to mention I have been EATING VERY VERY VERY HEALTHY! So... I lost that 5 lbs PLUS .8 LBS!! So 5.8 lbs! YAY!
I am determined to BECOME AS HEALTHY AS I CAN BE and I am DETERMINED TO RUN THOSE MILES INSTEAD OF HALF WALK AND HALF JOG!
Here's to more POUNDAGE LOST next week...
